Ted Maintenance Service
This agreement is between Ted Maintenance Service and the Client.
Services will be provided as agreed in writing or via approved quote.
Payment is required upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
Clients must provide safe access to the property.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice.
Ted Maintenance Service is fully insured but not responsible for pre-existing damage.
